Delivered on time but flowers may vary

5 stars for on time delivery! The flowers were delivered on the day I requested despite my ordering it very late the day before. Thanks! It was there when the recipient woke op post op. 3 stars for the flowers. Although the description said colors may vary, it didn't say flowers may vary. The bouquet didn't have alstromerias - they were replaced by mums and didn't look as grand as on the photo because of this. I think mums make bouquets look cheap so had I been warned the alstros could be substituted for mums, I would have ordered another bouquet. I also ordered a vase to go with it - in case the recipient or hospital didn't have one to place it in. It was a plain vase - does the job.

The flowers were beautiful but the problem was the delivery, I asked it to be delivered on Oct. 31 but they were delivered on Oct. 29. I know i didn't read all the delivery notes which states that they can't deliver on a Sunday or Monday to provincial areas but they should have at least sent me an email to say that they will not deliver on Oct. 31. Needless to say, some flowers were already wilted by the time the bouquet was brought to the cemetery for Nov. 1
