Valentine's Day Ordering and Information

To ensure that your loved ones receive your flowers and gifts on February 12-14, please place your orders at least two (2) days before the delivery date.  Our last day for receiving orders for deliveries on Valentine's is Feb. 12 at 4:00 PM Philippine Time.  Order that are placed after Feb. 12 will be delivered on or after Feb. 16. 

1.  While we will do our utmost to deliver your flowers and gifts on the intended delivery dates, Valentine's Day orders may be delivered from Feb. 12-14, 2016.   

  • Please note during peak delivery holidays, such as Valentine's Day, our courier does not guarantee a delivery time. Normal delivery times vary, but most packages will be delivered no later than 6pm.

2.  Your order will be delivered by our trusted courier LBC or DHL. Your flowers and add-ons  (vase, chocolates, bear) will arrive carefully packed in flower boxes.  Food hampers, fruit baskets or other gifts will arrive in an exquisite handmade box. 

Our flowers are picked fresh from our farm and shipped to our distribution center in Metro Manila. Here, we clean and screen the flowers for quality.  The flowers are then carefully arranged and wrapped, and then boxed in our exquisite boxes for shipment or delivery to your recipient. Our flowers are always kept fresh, cool and well-hydrated.  As our flowers are grown sustainably, without pesticides or chemical fertiliser, they are more vibrant and  last longer. With proper care, your flowers will remain fresh for at least 3-5 days.  Cut your flowers under  lukewarm water and transfer to  vase. These will bring them back to good condition.

3.  Due to the perishable nature of flowers, please ensure that there is someone at the address on the delivery date. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the package  with someone claiming affinity to recipient or in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve.  To honor our satisfaction guarantee, we may have to call the recipient to schedule delivery.

  • Please ensure you give us the complete address of the recipient. A $10 surcharge will be made for repeat deliveries when the inability to deliver is due to a wrong or incomplete address, the unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons not attributable to Flower Depot.

4.  Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available. Additionally, due to volume constraints, some products may not be available at the time of order. In this event, we will deliver a second choice of similar flowers or product of equal value and beauty. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.

5.   If you need to cancel an order, please do so 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, we will have to impose a surcharge of $15.

6.  In case of complaints, please email us at flowers@myflowerdepot.com or chat with us online.  If the issue is reported within 7 days of the requested delivery date, we will make every effort to remedy the problem.

Please note the following:

  • We have no control over weather related or natural disasters and as such, we cannot guarantee timely delivery during these unforeseen circumstances.
  • We only ship within the Philippines.
  • Some product add-ons, hampers or cakes require special handling and are only available for Metro Manila.
